Authors whose films will be selected for the competition program of the festival, will be notified no later than July 27, 2020.

Authors whose films will be selected for the festival must submit: a completed form, a photo of the author or a film in MPEG-4 format (via the service www.wetransfer.com, or transferxl.com) and no later than 07.08.2020. to shortcutfest@gmail.com.
